Shipping
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Your order will be shipped out the next shipping day if it is in stock except for our Dog Treats1.
If an item is out of stock, please allow 1 extra week for delivery t-shirts, 2 weeks for calligraphy art, and 3 weeks for stoneware. You will be updated on the status of your order via email as soon as possible.
1Dog treats are home-made fresh to order and require 2-3 days to bake and oven-dry them after your order has been placed.
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. Shipping and Handling Charges will be added to each order.
We fulfill and ship orders within the United States including APO addresses. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Returns
Please order with complete confidence. Our Return and Exchange Policy is very simple:
Please return the product with a copy of your order and indicate the reason for return or exchange. Because dog treats are made to order, they are not returnable.
Send the item back within 5 days of receipt in the original condition and in the original packaging. We're sorry but we cannot accept returns after 5 days.
You pay return shipping costs and you must send it insured. Insurance protects all of us from damage of stoneware and loss of packages!
You may request a refund or store credit for the amount of the item, minus shipping.
